The problem

Filing taxes incorrectly and missing deadlines can lead to costly fines

Requirements and deadlines are unclear, providers lack transparency, and compliance is fragmented across borders.

Confusion and uncertainty on tax-compliance requirements

A lack of understanding of the requirements makes it difficult to manage and oversee all activities.

Lack of transparency in the process and pricing

Service provider fees can vary greatly, often with minimal or no transparency on proof of work.

Fragmentation of compliance providers across countries

Compliance tasks distributed across multiple providers makes it difficult to get a complete overview.

FAQs

Find answers to your most common questions

Which taxes and compliance obligations will taxflow manage on my behalf?

We’ll help you with range of U.S. federal and state tax obligations, as well as specific local and foreign compliance requirements, including:

• U.S. Federal and state tax returns: Including, but not limited to, Form 5472, Form 1120, Form 5471, FBAR (Foreign Bank Account Report)
State Taxes: Delaware Franchise Tax.
U.S. Compliance: BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information report), BE-12 report, and registered agent services.
Foreign Compliance: Cayman Islands Economic Substance Report, BVI (British Virgin Islands) Economic Substance Report, and registered agent services in Cayman Islands/BVI.
For US holding companies with priced rounds: PFIC testing, CFC, pro-forma K1s.

What types of companies do you work with?

We primarily work with companies that have a U.S. holding company and operate subsidiaries globally. Here’s what that typically looks like:

• C-Corps with international subsidiaries.
• Single Member LLCs with global operations.
• Multi-Member LLCs with subsidiaries worldwide.

We also work with structures where a U.S. holding company is an intermediate entity, like a Cayman Islands or British Virgin Islands company layered above it—think the "Cayman Sandwich."

Do you work with third-party providers, or is everything handled directly?

We handle the US taxes with our in house CPA, and we collaborate with trusted partners every step of the way for other obligations. This includes top offshore law firms and U.S.-based partners. We’ve done the hard work of negotiating fair, transparent pricing with them so you get a smooth, integrated experience. You’ll always deal with taxflow as frontend provider, but you will always have transparency and the right to contact them directly if needed.

If I already have a provider, can I connect them to your platform?

Kind of! You can add your current providers to our platform to manage key deadlines, but for full integration—including payments and communication—you’ll need to switch over to us.

What are the costs of using your platform? How does payment work?

Cost of service varies by type of company and scope of work. You can choose what works best for you: pay annually, or go with our monthly payment option, which we’ll charge directly to your credit card.

Are you a legal firm?

We’re not a legal firm. We’re a tech platform that partners with top-notch lawyers and law firms to make sure everything meets the highest legal standards.

Are you an accounting firm?

We’re not an accounting firm. Although we do provide accounting and tax services to companies, we’re a tech platform that partners with top-notch partners to make sure international companies comply with other obligations.
